Brimhaven is famous to members for its Agility arena, and Brimhaven Dungeon for it’s metal dragons, while the free area section of Karamja is widely known for its fishing locations. Karamja is the only island along with Crandor that free players can access.

Runescape Cities: Barbarian Village City Guide

Barbarian Village is a civilization run by the uncivilized. But despite it, there are a few things you can do here, which include Mining, Fishing, and Crafting. Generally, though, this place is seldom set foot on by anything but passers-by on their way to Varrock, Falador or Edgeville.

Runescape Cities: Bandit Camp (Wilderness)

The Bandit Camp is located north of the Dark Warrior Fortress, between levels 19 and 24 wilderness; a multi-combat zone. Although there is the risk of being killed by other players, the bandit camp is the best place for making pizzas in the game. It offers all supplies to make every type of pizza in F2P

Special Attractions
Pizza Making

This is a great place to make pizzas. In the northern house where Fat Tony resides, there’s a cheese and a tomato spawn. There is also a range to cook pizzas on, rats to get meat from, and a fishing spot to catch anchovies at. A net spawns in the ruins to the west of the Bandit Camp.

Clue Scroll

If you ever get the clue scroll saying “Property of Black Heather”, talk to Black Heather, who is in the Bandit Camp, to get the key.

The general store buys items for medium prices, which is about the same as the sell prices at other general stores.

Runescape Cities: Bandit Camp (Desert)

The Bandit Camp is a popular destination both for training, and the famous Desert Treasure quest. While far away from civilization, it is relatively easy to reach by magic carpet. The bandits are strongly against any symbols of the Gods Saradomin and Zamorak, and as such, are aggressive to any players who dare challenge their beliefs.

Special Attractions
Training Spots

The main attraction of the Bandit Camp is undoubtedly that of the training the bandits offer. If a God Symbol, i.e. God Cape, book, etc is worn while in the presence of a bandit, they will automatically attack you. This situation offers an ideal training environment, and is popular among the higher level players

There are three main training spots. The first can be found in the most north-eastern house. The second can be found at the entrance of the south-eastern tent, and the third can be found inside the large building in the southern half of the camp. It is advised that you do not attempt to train in the pub, as all of these areas are multi-combat zones, and the Pub holds the level-74 bandits; unlike the other spots previously mentioned, which house the level-57 bandits.

Miscellaneous Information
Transport

Take a Magic Carpet from the “Rug Merchant” just outside the gates at the Shantay Pass for 200gp to the Bedabin Camp. From there, walk south for a short distance. Waterskins aren’t needed since it’s within safe walking distance.

Runescape Cities: Ardougne

Zybez RuneScape Help's Screenshot of ArdougneArdougne is split up into West Ardougne and East Ardougne, and is known as the Thieving capital of RuneScape. In this city, there are cake, silk, silver, fur, spice, and gem stalls to steal from. There are also many NPCs to pickpocket, chests to steal from, and doors to picklock. The Fishing Guild can also be found just north of East Ardougne (level-68 fishing required to enter). The famous Legends’ Guild can also be found north-east of East Ardougne.

Special Attractions
Mines

The Ardougne Monastery Mine mine to the south of Ardougne is a great place to power mine iron ore, and drop them.

Zybez RuneScape Help's Screenshot of the Iron Circle
A small mine of 3 copper rocks and 1 tin rock is to the east of the Zamorak Shrine.

Estate Agent

The Real Estate Agent has found a home in Ardougne, just west of the southern bank. This agent sells blocks of land, can re-decorate your house, or move it’s location – for a fee of course. He also provides you with a useful book detailing land and construction types.

This combat training camp is owned by King Lathas. It contains training dummies, and a great place to range ogres.

Chaos Druid Tower

The Chaos druid tower is located just north-west of East Ardougne. To gain entrance, you will need level 46 thieving. This tower contains a few chaos druids, and down the ladder, giant bats, and ogres. The blood chest (level 59 thieving required) can also be found in here. There are two of them, and when you steal from one, you will be teleported into Ardougne.

Ardougne Teleport House

Zybez RuneScape Help's Screenshot of the Wilderness Teleport LeverArdougne teleport house is located on the western-most side of East Ardougne, just behind King Lathas’ palace. Pull the Lever, and you will be teleported to the Deserted keep in level 51 wilderness. Make sure you take a knife or weapon, as you will need to slash the web to be able to get out of the Deserted keep.

Ardougne Port

Speak to Captain Barnaby, who will take you to Brimhaven and Musa Point for 30gp.

The Underground Pass

The Underground Pass is a very dangerous place. The Regicide and Underground Pass quests require you to make your way through the pass, to the temple of Iban. In the Underground Pass, you can also recharge your staff of Iban. To do so, make your way to the Well of Voyage, which is just past Sir Harry, Carl and Jerro. You’ll need a rope, spade, lit arrow, bow, plank, food, and your staff of Iban to make your way through the pass.

There are a lot of thieving places in Ardougne, including Chests, NPC’s and Stalls. For more information, visit the Thieving guide.

Dungeons

There are many dungeons located in and around Ardougne. One dungeon is located under the Chaos Druid Tower, commonly called the Chaos Tower Dungeon. This dungeon is located north of Ardougne, on the west side of the river and contains 2 blood rune chests, and several ogres. The Ardougne Sewers have a small mining location and a few zombies and giant rats.

Then there is the Clock Tower Dungeon which has dungeon rats as a popular training spot and some more ogres for higher level players. There is also a dungeon used in the Monk’s Friend quest, where there are some thieves you can attack. Under the Mourner’s Hideout in West Ardougne is the entrance to the Temple of Light dungeon as well.

South-west of the city, near the chaos temple is a hunting spot with red salamanders (level 59 hunter required). If you plan on banking on a lot, the spot isn’t too far from a bank

Runescape Cities: Ape Atoll

Zybez RuneScape Help's Image of Ape AtollCrash Isle and the Ape Atoll are extremely dangerous for the unprepared. Powerful monkeys inhabit this atoll, which are ready to fight and send you to jail. To reach the Ape Atoll, you must have started the Monkey Madness quest. The Ape Atoll is a monkey utopia, which has many good training spots. One such training spot is in the temple, where you can stand with protect from melee on attacking a monkey, and recharge at the altar every few minutes, without leaving the vicinity. Everything with the exception of the monkeys can poison you. All monsters are aggressive.

Special Attractions

This dungeon is extremely hard to get to the end of. It takes about five minutes to walk/run through it. The walls are constantly caving in, and there are many high-level Monkey zombies and skeletons that will attack you. In addition, many traps can poison you in this dungeon. At the end of the dungeon, you will find Zooknock and two members of the 10th squad.

The Ape temple

This is where the monkey guard, priests, and high priest reside. There are two monkey altars in here, where you can recharge your prayer. This is a prime place for training, as you can simply stand there with protect from melee on, and recharge your prayer when it runs out. Several highly poisonous spiders spawn in the temple in a second, so be sure to bring several anti-poison potions.

Runescape Quest Guide: the Blood Pact

RuneScape the Blood Pact is the first free quest since the Rune Mysteries back in 2003. If you have obtained 300 points elsewhere in the world you are then ready to begin the Blood Pact. The whole thing is quite straight forward and it shouldn’t tax you too much.

It starts in the Lumbridge Graveyard; here you will meet Xiena and she wastes no time telling you about her current problems. Apparently she has found out that some Zamorak cultists have taken another girl hostage. If you agree to take this mission you will then get to see a cut scene where a girl called Illona is taken hostage by three members of the Zamorak Cult.

At the beginning of the RuneScape the Blood Pact Quest you walk into a room but before you can do anything one of the cultists will hit Xiena. You are now left to fight Kayle alone, but it shouldn’t prove too much of a problem. He has a combat level of 3 and if you somehow get too injured you can turn to Xiena who will be able to cure you. Kayle has twenty life points and you just need to keep running at him; if you want you can use the pillars for cover. Once you dispatch him make sure that you take the weapons; you will need these later in the quest. You should also remember to question Kayle before leaving this room; you will find out about the planned ritual.

RuneScape the Blood Pact Quest Guide

The next room you hit contains Cailin and she will use magic to attack you. There is a hole in the ground separating you from her and you will need to get close enough to attack here; while at the same time dealing with the attacks coming your way. Use the bow and arrow that you took from Kayle and you should win this one easy as well. Once you have disabled her ask more questions and you will find out more of the Zamorak plans. Take her stuff (staff and runes) and head onwards with your quest.

Runescape Dungeons

The last person you need to face is the warrior Resse. Make sure you equip the staff you have just taken from Cailin and head down the stairs. This cultist is actually the easiest of the lot to beat. Once you have done this you can question him, but before you can take his stuff he will swallow a poison. You have found Illona; talk to her briefly before taking her out of the dungeons.

You are now almost finished RuneScape the Blood Pact. All you have to do is talk with Xenia. You will be awarded 100 XP for magic, defense, attack, ranged, and strength. You will also now be allowed access to the Catacomb Dungeons in Lumbridge. If you want to find out more about what is going on you can continue to question Xenia; she will also tell you a bit about herself. Xenia admits that she wasn’t badly injured by Kayle but had just wanted to see how good you are.
