Activities (formerly Minigames) are small games in which player(s) set out to complete a certain objective. These games sometimes allow players to gain experience and items. They are identified with a red star * icon on the map. Activities can be repeated, unlike quests or miniquests which can only be completed once. All activities used to require membership, although now a small number are available to free-to-play players.

All the activities currently available in RuneScape are listed below, each with a short description and a link to the main article.

Activities are classified as either Safe or Dangerous depending on whether Items are Kept on Death or Items are Not Kept on Death.

SafeEdit Safe section

Items will not be lost upon death. However, if poisoned outside the game, the player may lose their items. Some activities may also be dangerous while traveling to the area. If the player does die of poison or other threats, however, they receive a gravestone as usual.

DangerousEdit Dangerous section

Items will be lost upon death, and depending on the activity, you may or may not get a gravestone.
